It have plenty of Ampers 10+15 on 2 power lines but, there is one thing bothers me, i learned few things about PSU's few years ago, but forgot it by now, can someone explain, specs saying:
* +5V, +12V1, 12V2 and +3.3V maximum output: 390 Watts max
* +5V and +3.3V combined output: 130Watts it have any bad meaning and what you think about this PSU?

Nothing wrong with the PSU at all. All depends what you need it for as to whether the PSU will do the job for you. Put "PSU calculator" into Google and that should clear it up for you.
I am fine with 350w psu which is probably only gives 300w, actually i calcualted long time ago and 400 is ok for me, other question is effeciency of this psu, its kinds low (~70%) for 450W version of Antec SmartPower 2.0 guess this one acts about same.
