Alrighty peepz, i'm planning to oc my E63/E64 ( Dont know which one to get yet til sunday). But i plan not to play around with the voltage mods. I am a beginner in oc'ing so i jsut want a nice stable maximum overclock without voltage adjustments. Can someone tell me how far i can hit with a gigabyte DS3 or a P5W DH Deluxe on either one of the CPUS. Note: WITHOUT voltage adjustments.

E6300 freq of 1.8ghz
E6400 Freq of 2.1ghz

I plan to hit 6600 speeds or such, but i dont know the math so eh...

Thanks.

P.S my psu is a stock 350watt ...

Sounds like you're also replacing the MB. If that's the case, you may as well plan on getting a new PS to replace your existing 350W supply.

For the new MB you will need a 24 pin power connector plus a 4 pin aux plug for the CPU. If you plan to further upgrade later, a new supply is a good investment. Buy at least a 450W (550W would be better) with dual 12V rails. Expect to spend about $75 for a good one.
