So, it seems for some reason the US and Canadian GSM1900/PCS networks
all have a non-standard CCC-NNN network code and then a second code in
the normal CCC-NN format (and often lots of them instead of a single one
per network).

My phone (SE K700i) only allows one or the other (eg, not both 310-280
and 310-28 at the same time) in my Preferred Networks list for setting
up roaming network priorities. Which should I go with or does it make no
difference which I choose?
