Hi

We have copmany website www.example.com (for Ex). We recently changed the
website IP and it is working fine. And we have www.extranet.example.com
which works find as well if I try from outside using outside DNS.
But if I try in the company (we have our DNS) www.extranet.example.com can
not be found. If I ping the extranet site, I can't even ping.

After change was made, when I accessed www.example.com, it pointed to old IP.
So I cleard the DNS entry, and it worked fine. But now
www.extranet.example.com can not be found.

Please inform me any suggestions.

Thanks

In the DNS management console, in the example.com zone, right click, in the
list select new domain name it extranet, then open the extranet subdomain,
right click select new host, name the host www, give it the IP address of
the website.
