Hello,

is it possible to configure Windows DNS-Servers to accept dynamic dns
updates only from certain subnets? The Linux-Bind implementation offers
this possiblity, but I was unable to configure it the same way with
Windows DNS. I cannot find a setting for it anywhere :-(

We have a special need for this type of configuration, so any help is
appreciated.

bye,

Sascha

Maybe someone has to tell Microsoft that the whole world is not just one
big subnet with microsoft.com being the root domain. Sad to see Windows
products lacking flexible configurability like Linux offers....
