Gigabyte ds3 and corsair xms 2 6400 5-5-5-12? Boots?

Anyone have any experience putting the xms 2 800/6400 5-5-5-12 into the ds3? Im pretty sure ive seen people saying this works but I just want to double check before I pull the trigger on this today:

6400 c2d
DS3 MB
2 gig xms 2 800/6400 5/5/5/12
sapphire x1900xt w512

antec performance 180b
antec truepower II 550
nec dvd
WD SATA HD 250

Appreciate any answers, my trigger finger is getting itchy.
