hey everyone. being the computer noob that i am, i need to get everyone's opinion on what motherboards are good and bad. i'm looking to upgrade my computer to an intel 3.2 - 3.6ghz. i already bought an AGP video card not long ago so i need a motherboard that supports it (and one that supports PCI-E for later upgrading, if possible). i would prefer DDR2 memory also. pretty much...i'm looking for a board that allows me to use my old parts now, while allowing me the privledge of upgrading later. all while not spending too much. i would have to put the limit at $150 (maybe a little more). i've been doing some searching, but there are simply too many motherboards out there. any suggestions?

my comp specs, btw
Intel P4 2.4 ghz
SOYO P4X400 Dragon Ultra motherboard
512mb of DDR Corsair memory
GeForce 7600 GS 256mb

i'm not sure what else to post....thats pretty much all i know about my computer.

*edit* as my name suggests...i use my computer for mostly gaming so keep that in mind.
