Thermaltake Tower112. Big and very heavy, all copper, but it is standing well in my P5W DH Deluxe. Seldom get over 35C on my e6600. No overclock yet. But my motherboard temp get between 45~50C under load. Plan to remove the cap and put 40mm fans on NB an SB.

Swiftech 226 watt thermoelectric waterblock with a variable 300watt Meanwell PSU (so that I can raise the voltage beyond the 12v norm for the peltier)

E6600 arrives tomorrow

It's a great little cpu cooler isn't it?

You know, even though it says that it's a 12v peltier, you can jack it up to around 13.4 and still get good efficiency out of the hotside/coldside ratio - providing you have a good watercooling loop to cool the peltier off. That meanwell psu, even though it says it's 12v, will actually go up to 15. I've got my cpu block going at 13 volts.

I've used this swiftech peltier cooler on all my LGA 775's for, I guess, a little more than a year so I've gotten pretty good use out of it. Now, with me about to install my conroe, I should get hella good temps out of it.

Zalman CNPS9500, great at keeping my overclocked e6700 at 3.4GHz temps at, idle 38 degrees, load 45-48 degrees.

When it arrives, sometime in September :(

I will be using a mixed watercooling setup, mixed being different parts installed in a pre-made Thermaltake setup.

Right now, running a 840EE with watercooling setup.

Bosaka how did you overclock you rig I right now have the E6600 and the Intel 975 xbx rev 305. i have been thinking about getting the asus P5w dh. There is a mod that people talk about to unlock the overclocking ablilities of the board but i dont feel comfortable with it

I cant decide wheter to get the Zalman 9500 or the Artic cooling for my core 2 duo E6600

I'm not very familar with Artic Cooling products.

I can tell you that I chose the Scythe Ninja over the Zalman 9500 because it costs less cools slightly better (1 or 2 degrees celcius) and is quieter. I believe Artic Cooling is cheaper than the Scythe Ninja, but I don't know how good it's cooling performance is, nor do I know how loud it is.

The Scythe Ninja is HUGE. It measure 150mm (5.9 inches) tall and that's without the 120mm fan. With the fan it looks to be about 165mm (6.5 inches).

I dont think the ninja will fit in my Chenbro gaming bomb 2 case> ive used the Artic colling hsf for the Amd x2-3800 i hade. i went from 44c to 36-37c when i switched but that was with a 939.

Go into chipset settings---Default Config Override--> Select yes and increase the cpu burn-in percentage. This works fine if you arent modding. Go 5% at a time till you hit your limit.
