mp3 player problem??

I have an Ennyah DIGISOUND II mp3 player with 128 MB.
The problem is that when i switch it on it shows "ERROR! Please reformat Media"
Are there any utilities that will do this for me?
Windows format utility is not able to do this.

What driver version do you have for Windows? You should be able to format through Disk Management if the driver versions are correct.
