Anyone know of a good Motherboard Walkthrough?

Looking for a site to read up on before I go through and setup my Asus p5b Deluxe Wifi w/ E6400. Last build was a AMD and things have gotten alot more technical setting up motherboards..

The Asus guide didnt really address all of my questions. 8O

In the top right corner there is a tan power connector, this was to run a device off the mobo (which is off the PSU), other it isn't needed right? Also it should be fine if I run the Case's Front Panel Audio connectors through the Sound card instead of the Mobo..

The manual / or that site address that power connector, at first I thought it was a additional power connection from the PSU to power the all the connectors (USB/Firewire/etc)
