an ATi 1800XT or an nVidia 7900GT are very good bang for your buck cards that run about $230 or so

or if your on a tighter budget a 7600GT, check out BFG, XFX, eVGA for nVidia

for the ATi check out Saphire

I assume that you're talking about graphics cards. Here are a couple things that you need to include in your post before I can recommend anything:
1) What is your budget?
2) What will you be using it for?
3) What is your full system setup?

Do you mean TV tuner? I didn't know that TV tuners could be compared by speed.
