I am unable to access Java sites, I have tryed Sun's Java program but that
dose not solve the problem.

Do you have ZoneAlarm or AdSubtract or any other firewall or pop-up blocker
installed? If so, check their settings, or visit their forums for help in
configuring the program if you are unfamiliar.
