Help!!! Advise in building a Conroe PC.

I going to build a Conroe PC for gaming purpose & overclock but with a tight budget & waiting for DX10. My initial setup should be like that

- ASUS P5B i965P
(what I concern is this MB good for OC or not? If not pls give some idea)

- Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 or E6400?
(Maybe not enough $, but I was check with the processor performance chart, found E6400 is much more better. But for E6300 is very good for OC, can up to 3.9GHz. No idea with E6400)

- PC6400 Patriot DD2 800 CL5 2G (1G x 2)

- ATI X1800GTO or Nvidia 7600GT?
