Sorry for the delay, I started a reply a couple of hours ago, got
sidetracked by the phone, and didn't complete it.

There appears to be a problem with your PTR record, it doesn't match the
HELO name or MX server name. In fact the MX name doesn't match the HELO name
It is recommended that all these names match.
Your MX points to mail.kurtbas.com.tr..
Your PTR lookup for the server name is kurtbas.com.tr.
Your HELO name is INDIGO.kurtbas.com.tr

Another problem right now, and it is out of your control one of the parent
servers ns.ripe.net, is broken, about half the time, reverse lookups are
failing, which may be the problem.

Does your reverse DNS resolve to the same name you're sending from?
Do you use a broadband ISP and their IP range?

Yahoo mail is very aggressive at blocking spam, and many of its
techniques make it impossible for a SMTP Server on a broadband network
to send mail to it. The solution is almost always to use another SMTP
server to relay or as a smart host.
