e6600 cooling - scythe katana or Thermaltake silent 775?

All my parts arrived, and I have 2 coolers, can't decide which.

e6600
asusp5b-deluxe wifi
2 gig corsair pc6400
2x 250 WD Sata II 16 mb
x1900xtx
audigy 2 sound
Thermaltalke 565w psu
Tsunami dream case w/2 120 and 1 90 case fans
xp pro

Anyone with experience on these two? My Arctic silver 5 is standing by, one will go on tomorrow. I will be OCing to about 3.2 or so, or about a 25% OC on the cpu.

Worried the katana will stand too tall from the MB to allow other stuff, as that vid card is a mite tall.

if i was u i would use the Big or Mini Tyfoon, mini even has stock clamps, just my view
