OK, I have the PC put together here are the specs:
E6600
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
2GB DDR2 800 RAM (OCZ Gold)
Evga 7600GT KO
320GB Seagate HD (S-ATA)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
When I boot up the computer, it gives me a single beep. Although no errors or warnings come up, and everything *seems* to run normally. :?
The only problem that is apparent is that the mobo is detecting my DVD writer but not my CD burner. The CD burner is slave on the ribbon.
In the book this warning is given to be a keyboard controller error, a refresh time error or no master drive detected. Any and all help is appreciated thank you.

Well a single beep is what you want. That the systems way to telling you passed all of its tests.
Make sure the jumpers are set correctly on both drivers and the cable has not come loose. Make sure both drives have power as well.
