New build won't boot

I bought a new case recently, and transferred my old parts as well as the new parts I bought and the system doesn't boot up. There's no video, but all the fans and the lights come on. I tried replacing the old pieces one by one but none of them worked. It looks properly grounded and all the cables are in place, so I don't know what the problem could be.

My build:

Asus A8V motherboard

AMD Athlon FX-60 processor

ATI Radeon X850 XT PE AGP video card

1 gig Crucial PC3200 Dual Channel ram

2 gigs Corsair PC3200 Dual Channel ram

I knew I forgot something. It's an Antec NeoPower 480W.

cant think of anything obvious. ur ram is quite vauge there. what is it exactly??

which sticks, which slots.

try running with just one stick of ram. take the video card out and stick it into a dif machine and check its working...
