repair manual IPAQ 3850 - HPhone Jack only has 1 channel
If i bend the head phone jack i get both sides, so i think i just need to know how to acces the internal jack...

AFAIK there's no repair manual available but it sounds like the solder
connection for that channel is broken and needs to be resoldered. If you
are handy with an iron you could do the job yourself. All you need to do is
remove the back casing and the headphone jack is right there.

Remember that phones use SMD's and the soldering iron needs to be low
wattage, not the more normal 100W or 60W things, and temperature
controlled is an advantage otherwise it's probably a way street to the
bin. If you have any doubts go to a tv repair shop and talk to them-
they may be able to help.
