I have two 24-port 3300 switches linked by a crossover cable in Port 24 of
each. When I http into the admin page, I can only see Unit 1 (lower MAC
address). I have tried disconnecting Unit 1 and only use Unit 2, but I can't
seem to get the unit to have it's own IP address.

How can I configure Unit 2?

TIA

Connect to the serial console, go into the IP configuration menu (it's
several years ago that I worked with them, so names may be different)
and configure an administrative IP address of it's own.
