Freeze up at RAID controller screen and instability...

For the past couple weeks my computer has sometimes (and sometimes not) froze at startup at the RAID controller screen. I don't have a RAID setup. Also, if I leave the computer on for a 2+ hours without activity and I try to open an app it usually resets. My setup looks like this:

PSU: Antec 500W
Mobo: Asus A8N Sli Deluxe
CPU: San Diego 3700+
RAM: 2 GB Crucial PC3200 DDR400
HDs: 2 WD 250GB IDE + 1 74GB Raptor
VG: Gigabyte 6800 Ultra

Also nothing is OC'd currently.

Go into the BIOS and disable both RAID controllers. (The Silicon Image one and the NVRAID one).
