To raise my post count and because I'm bored I decided to start a new poll. This one is about how many languages you speak/read/write, and I don't mean that you know two words in another language, but languages you really understand.
BTW: We are not talking about programming languages!
Language Poll
If you want you may post the languages you can understand.

7--half of them i'm only semi-fluent.
VIA chipsets, SiS chipsets -- all the same, all made in TAIWAN!!!
As far as programming languages go...about the same.
VIA chipsets, SiS chipsets -- all the same, all made in TAIWAN!!!
Not totally, if you can't speak and/or write a language good, but you can read it then it also counts (otherwise I only now 2 languages).

Maybe it's our buddy Labdog confused again.
I took an I.Q. test today...It came back negative.
Oh, no one can be as bad as this kid we used to have at my school. he was jumping over hurdles, and fell. He got a cast on his left hand, and three days later came back with it off and a cast on his right. What had happened is he broke the right hand, while the left was fine, but he didn;t realize it till 3 days after! How dumb do you have to be!!!
Sig of the week.
I hope someone looked at his head after the fall.
I took an I.Q. test today...It came back negative.
lol.
Sig of the week.
2 languages will do for me...
Swedish & english.
But I am kind of interested in learning the russian language. So maybe it will be 3 in the future.
Be yourself, do whatever you like (Not at my expense though)

Two languages.
Korean and English.
Learned (or tried to learn) German, Spanish, Latin, and Japanese long ago, too, but not good enough to understand well enough and never tried long and hard enough. I will resume studying those when I am either in Europe or in North America. It's not easy to learn even English in South Korea.
Did we come here to laugh or to cry? Are we dying or being reborn?
English, Spanish, Italiano =]
Russian
Hebrew
English
Lolz.
f*cked up.
Just checked the dates.
There's a post in here from DH. Rofl.
Ain't I the stupid mofo.
yes, yes you are.
There's only one language in the world -- the language of seduction Dr Spok used to speak to get the hot black chick in the sack.
Go Spokky! Go!! [/obvious non-trekker]
I thought the language of seduction was slightly slured Australian english?
Isn't that what Spok utilised?
D
That is illogical. Spok just teased them with the prospect of pointy ear sex.
You know, I've never watched a full episode of that show. Ever.
Which is why I cannot, for the life of me, fathom the ever-lasting interest in that show.
It was sh*t.
It was ground breaking in so many ways. The first ever interacial kiss on TV, the russian working in collaberation with americans. If you look at many of the devices we now take for granted such as the mobile phone they were influenced by star trek. Whilst I accept that the acting was hamtastic that show has done so much to change popular culture.
Are you off your head, Chris? Mate, you're bloody off your head. lolz
| Quote : that show has done so much to change popular culture. |
Popular culture? That's a stretch.
Sorry mate, but no way.
Trust me on this Bomber. You really need to look at the whole history of that show to appreciate just how much it has done. I'm not saying its to your taste but you can not claim that it has not become part of popular culture. How many klingon gags and beam me up scottie refs have you heard in your time?
A few of the latter; none of the former. But I take your point, mate.
Fair enough.
You telling me you've never used the 'She can-ne take much more capt!' before you've droped your warp core on some poor geek whore?

Lolz -- I can't say that I have, Gov.
That said, I don't do geeky tarts. [/wild man theory -- chapter 9]
Geek girls can be fun... [/Ex even went to the conventions and insisted my phaser was set to stun]
She sounds like a fun lass. You should get in contact with her, mate.
God no! Please don't even joke about that girl she was a fcuking wierdo.
| BomberBill wrote : She sounds like a fun lass. You should get in contact with her, mate. |
Ya she was until i got a hold of her [/harsh]
LOLZ.
LV turned her "weird" then.
Out lad, LV.
"Bring back the Russian red-head Toms model who does the GPU results"
She was a fine broad, LV. I empathise with you, brother.
