Hi! It doesn't seem I can synchronize the data directly
between my PC and Pocket PC's SD card via activeSync. So
do I need other sync software to do that? does anyone
know?

There should be an explore option on active sync. The only way I've
found to transfer files directly to the SD card id through the explore
option, clicking on pocket pc which should show a folder called storage
card, you can then transfer files backwards and forwards. I do not
believe a synchronization option exists.
