Sorry, confused noob needing help!

Just ordered the Asus P5WDH Delux mb. Storage specs follow after my question..

I have also ordered a Seagate Barracuda 320gb 7200 S300 drive. As far as I can see there will be no problems connecting this as the primary SATA drive.

I'm not planning on using Raid - so which of the "controllers" does it connect to.

Also, I want to put my existing HD back in - as a secondary/slave drive:
Maxtor Diamond Max, 150gb, UDMA133. How can I do this? Will it effect the performance of my PC?

The only time it will affect performance is when you are loading files from the old PATA drive.... if you load apps from the new SATA drive, simply having the PATA drive connected will not slow the system down.
