I need some help mounting a mobo in Aerocool ExtremEngine 3T

Is anyone familiar with the Aerocool ExtremEngine 3T? Can anyone help me mount the Gigabyte 965P-DS3 into the case? If you have any pictures I would appreciate if not, please; detailed instructions. Thank you very much.

The case came with 38 screws, 8 washers, and 5 brass pins. I hear the motherboard has 9 places where it gets screwed in...am I missing pins and one washer? why all the screws?
