Gigabyte GA-945P-S3 Overclocking

Ive googled and ive looked through the motherboard forums and couldnt find it so,

i was wondering if this mobo Gigabyte GA-945P-S3 had full OC capabilities and could regulate voltages. i found two websites that contradicted each other and newegg has some really unclear reviews.

i was also wondering if anyone has this board and if they would recomend it for a budget student.

if you want to overclock on a budget with a core 2 duo id say get the gigabyte 965p-ds3 over the normal s3, the ds3 has better capacitors and ive heard of it to overclock to speeds of 500mhz without modifications (or so thats what wusy said) :lol:
