Relocate "document and Settings" folders

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.file_system (More info?)

Is it possible to configure Windows to store the Documents
and settings folder and sub folders in a different
location then the c: drive - lets say the F: drive under
F:\data\documents and settings\etc...
