So I'm assuming he needs everything? Case, mobo, hdd, and psu??? If he already has this and is just upgrading it is helpful to know this. I'll tell you that $800 for a complete computer is not a lot (I know he doesnt need monitor, keyboard and mice). If you only have $800 you might want to set your goals lower or tell your buddy to start saving.
