My department has an HP4600 whose use we'd like to track.
For the moment we don't anticipate needing to know how much
toner each job consumes, but even with syslog enabled the
only messages I seem to be getting from the printer are
general complaints about low toner. Surely I'm not the
only one who's ever asked that the printer record a log
of what IP numbers are the sources of the jobs being printed?

Millions and Billions of Thanks in Advance for any light
anyone can shed on the question,
