Does it matter where you put the dvd and floppy drive as well as the 2 hard drives I bought. I know some drives are 5.25 or 3.25.

For example, floppy drive, then 2 down from it...dvd drive.....then in the 3.25 drive bays, put one hd then 2 down, put another....is this ok?

That should be fine, just try to keep one free slot between all the drives.

Considering how hot 7200RPM harddrives can get, if your case supports it, put these drives behind a case fan. They'll run cooler, and last longer.

my HD's run about 31*C. got a fan on them...doesnt help as u can see.

i've got old barracudas from like 1998, they've ran in the past for months at a time, in a case w/o an exhaust fan, only a PSU exhaust.
