Hi, I have an Intel 3.0 and an Asus Motherboard, 2 GB ram etc. I am new to overclocking and have tried a bit my self but have ended up failing everytime so I thought I'd ask the experts.

I used the program that came with Asus which was called AI overclocking or whatever but it didn't do anything. I tried doing 5%, 10% but it didn't work. I tried in Bios a bit but that didn't work either.

What do you guys do to overclock or what is a good reccommened program to use? I would like to overclock to a 3.2 or more but I just have not been successful. If you guys could please give me some pointers and tips that would be awesome, Thanks!

What brand is your PSU? I've heard no name PSUs dont take kindly to OCing.

Also, that Presler core heats up mighty fast. What kind of cooling solution are you using?
