Is there anyone can give me some information about 802.1D-2004?
I was just told that version 2004 makes a great supplement and
extention to 1D and 1W.
But i didn't find any material about it from Internet.
Who can tell me where i can free download the document? (not mention
purchase it from IEEE...)

You should be able to download a free copy from
http://standards.ieee.org/getieee802/802.1.html
six months after its publication. I don't know
exactly when it was published, but it has been
out for a few months now.
