What is this and why is the tempature of it 123C?What is AUX?

and how are the rest of my temps i have a conroe with zalman s9500

is that 39C to high for it?

is the temp 123 going to affect them?Should i worry?And how are the other temps of my system is 40C to much for a COnroe?It stay at 39 or 40 all the time is that ok?
