I Need Ideas on Organizing Notes

Personally I use Developer One's Agenda fusion to organize everything
calendar/task/note related on my Pocket PC. Works well and is flexible.

if it is Notes that you are talking about look at Phatnotes. If it is
the whole diary look at Pocket Informant and Agenda Fusion.
