Constant crashing

I upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and it keeps crashing into blue screen of death with PFN list corrupt usually. I have 4gb of ram, 2gb of DDR2 666mhz and 2gb of DDR2 800mgz, that shouldn't cause it, right?

Which is the error number that show the blue screen? Usually this problem is 'cause drivers or program installed recently are causing conflicts

I don't know because it restarts before I can write any information down. Could the ram be defective even if I run a memory test and it passes?

How frecuently is the blue screen? 5 minutes? 10 minutes?...
