I'm having a very strange bug, I didn't realise it but today when a friend of mine came over to play some Flat Out 2 at my house, he said the game was running waaay too slow.
And not laggy, I get the fps, but the time scale appears to be at about 0.5x real time.
I did a warm reboot and what do you know, it runs so damn fast I can't drive the car any more :p

I'm using full suspend to ram (S3)
And when checking it out, it's actually prevalent in many games, some just down right lag, others do slo-mo, especially car games, but it might just be more noticeable there.

Is it fixable?

I'm very fond of putting it in standby, boots in 1 sec is about right :p
Having uptimes of sometimes several weeks with no errors, just games running slowly, apparently :S

I've run several BIOSes, having the same speed ingame, and I'm running the very latest BIOS atm.

Well, I figured the problem out my self...
I added this in boot.ini after my OS line "/usepmtimer"
And voila, no more turning off one core to play games, and no more slow motion.
