Win2kpro updated.
This problem has just appeared; trying to install a downloaded app (one of
several); either install shield starts, files copied to temp folder, then
install activity ceases - no sys freeze - Running Processes shows Setup.exe,
if terminated receive a Win 16 subsytem err.
Or Install Files unzipped to temp folder, run setup.exe, no activity,
Running Processes shows Setup.exe, can be terminated without a problem.
These are std retail Apps not DIY apps

Not sure if relevant, using Office2k pro, updated, and the OSB, templates
previously saved no longer start the App. OSA9.exe, starts, shown in running
processess The individual apps can be started without a problem.
Also TweakUI starts, runs, functions, but then stops responding with a
rundll32.dll 'not responding' err
