Intel Badaxe vs. Asus P5W DH

Both cost about the same. Which would you prefer as the basis for a new e6600 system with moderate overclocking in mind?

I am leaning toward Asus just because I have bought from them in the past and have found their products to be very effective and reliable.

Any thoughts on this?

Its a tough call I like the name of the Intel bourd but I think the Asus one would OC better ? (question mark becouse I have heard Intel has become more OC friendly) I didnt vote becouse with either one im sure the owner would be super happy.

Heheh I also like the name of the Intel. "Badaxe" does sound a lot cooler than "P5W DH". Maybe Asus should name their next board "Goodsword" or something

Looks like the Asus is in the lead. It's like $15 cheaper than the Badaxe, to boot

Yup asus doesnt have a cool name but it's a WAY BETTER overclocker. Look at anandtech review.
