Best DDR1 for Gaming Rig

Hi, What is the best RAM to put into the following system;

AMD s939 x2 4600 @2.6Ghz
Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
Antec Neo HE 550
XFX 7900gt @550 1600
Creative Xfi Extreme Music
I am currently running Corsair 2Gb TWINX3200C2 400Mhz CAS 2-3-3-6 DDR Memory Kit (2 x 1Gb).

Is there any performace gain in going to the 433 or 500 Mhz options (for overclocking). Price is not a big issue, any brand or speed recommendation welcome.

P.S. I am in Australia so links to Newegg (for prices) wont help.

if you can still find it... Patriot PC-4800+XBL. runs @ 500mhz at 2-2-2-6 on 2.9v... and 600 at 2.5-3-3-8 if your mobo can manage it. awesome ram.

Thanks for the info, with my current setup what would be the preferred memory timings as they are currenty 2.5-3-3-7 2t @217Mhz. Cheers

The problem with 1GB sticks....some BH-5 doesnt respond well to voltage increases. Which is why if your just overclocking for the fun of it...dual 512's are you best solution.

I have a few good experiences. Mainly with G.Skill and OCZ PC4000; then PDP DDR400 (each 1gb sticks)
