This is a very ambitious and mostly very good mod. But being ambitious it
also has a few bugs.
My main problem is that I can't advance in the Twin Lamps faction.
My character started as Illuminate, which I later found out (after checking
the TES) is the top rank in the faction.
But I'm also denied some quests and info about safe houses, because my rank
is too low, so something is messed up. I suspect it may be due to having
lots of mods installed and that the Merged Objects file has messed
something up.
I tried to use the PCLowerRank "Twin Lamps" code to get a lower rank, but
it didn't work. The console accepted the code, but my rank is still
Illuminate. Is there some other code that can be used to set rank to a
specific rank? Or is there a program to edit the faction rank in the save
file? I tried using the Enchanted Editor, but can find no records of
Faction Ranks. There is a header named Factions, but there's no date there.

This does indeed sound like a mod conflict. I am sorry to say that
I don't know how to help. You can always hope that the next
game you play WONT be messed up. You can help along this
hope by trying to clean your mods up by running one of the
mergers that has more relative power (TessToolkits, for example).
Maybe someone else can help more.

Oh well, I don't seem to be able to fix the faction rank, but I can type in
the relevant Journal entries from the console to get all the quests.

BTW, anyone else had problems with the Slavehunters outposts?
The one between Ebonheart and Vivec has the entry so high up that I have to
Levitate to it, while the one near Ald'Ruhn is completely gone. The
entrance does show up on the map and two Slavehunter are patrolling the
area, but now visble door to enter...

That is strange. In my games, the outposts fit "normally" into the
landscape. Could you have another mod altering the landscape nearby?
