In Pocket Outlook, when you check the box "Store Attachments On
Storage Card" and you have an SD card installed, it's supposed to put
the attachment folders on the SD Card, Right?

Not the case on my new 2410; it puts the files in *iPAQ File Store*. A
meager 20mb, as apposed to the 512mb SD chip I have installed. I can't
seem to figure out a way to redirect these folders to the proper
location.

Any suggestions? A registry setting perhaps?

Assistance appreciated.

Not a solution for you Agent C, but an explanation....

The problem as I understand it is related to the fact that the ipaq looks at
the File Store as a "SD Card" per its instructions in the registry. Pocket
Outlook, which isn't the brightest application on your Pocket PC, sees the
first "SD Card" and assumes that it is off-device storage.

What needs to happen is in the Registry the File Store needs to be changed
to "CF Card" or the like. Just something that changes the name. Exactly
which keys to touch to do this, I don't remember honestly. I'm sure that it
is documented either in the archives of this group or perhaps CEWindows.net.

Hope this helps get you going in the right direction,

Thanks, I'll give HP a call and then go on a quest for that registry
key.
