It's a very nice article indeed and it's amusing because someone i know from another forum was looking into buying a 19" monitor and this can be a good resource. However, there is one monitor you left off.
The Samsung 955DF.
While it doesn't sport the refresh rate abilities of its brother(957DF) it is a pretty good monitor for the street price of $200USD.
With powerstrip you can push those up quite a bit, as you could easily get the 1600x1200 to 65 w/o problems(Samsung says it can run it at 68 hz, but i get some weird tearing that happens to the screen when i kick it up that high, so I don't)
The monitor has a SLIGHT geometry problem around the edges, and no amount of adjustment can fix it because it's not a problem on the top edges so adjusting it to fix the bottom makes the top go out of line.
It has a slight moire problem that has only been noticeable to me in pitch flat colors(dark blue is where I really see it).
For $200, it's a really nice monitor. LOL. It might not have the refresh rates of the others, but, you get what you pay for.
