Windows 2000 ?

Hey guys whats up? Just a quick question I'm sure anyone of you guys can answer.. I've been running win98 so I don't know where this option is.. Win2k shortens things like "Favorites" to the ones you use primarilly. How do I make it so it displays every shortcut ?

Rightclick the bar on the bootom of the screen and select "properties". Then clear the "use personalized menus" box.
