Friend of mine wants a new video card so he can play Bf2(currently running a 9500) He has i believe a Micro ATX case, with a micro atx PSU, can you recommend one that he can get? The video card he wanted was a 9800pro. His budget for all this is around a 100. 110 is fine though if we have to break the 100 limit. Heres some pics of his case. It is a HP far as i know.

Appreciate the help, thanks. :D

While its a bit hard to judge relative size in a photo it looks more like a ATX motherboard and case to me.
microATX form factor size of max 9.6" x 9.6" (244 mm x 244 mm)
ATX motherboard size max 12" x 9.6"

See if you cant get the make/model number off the PSU label.
Same for the motherboard if you can. Also list the items the PSU will have to drive so people can estimate the wattage required.

If I understand you correctly you want to get a 9800Pro and a PSU for $110 or under??
What prices have you found for 9800Pros?

His power supply is made by Hipro. The model number is HP-A2027F3 Believe it generates 173w on its rail, which not much at all. Anyone recommend a decent powersupply? And/or tell me if the Forton source ATX PSU will fit in? Thanks :D
