How much power is needed by an ATI X1900 GT (256 MB)? My PSU has 530 watts with 24 amps on a single +12v rail. Have not been able to find this anywhere.

That's plenty of amps for that card. I don't see any video card sucking more than 18-22A anyway. If you want to make sure it's fine, simply allow it its own 12V rail. Sure it's annoying but your video card will be a happy camper.
