Hi,

I'm new to liquid cooling and I just want to know how much it is important to use dielectric grease in the holes of the socket. I just buyied a new danger den system and didn't ordered any and I was wondering if it was essential to have some.

thanks

dielectric grease is used to keep out condensation in the CPU socket. That being said, it isn't going to be a concern for any standard watercooling kit because they can never bring a CPU below ambient temperatures so you need not worry about adding it.
