CPU load code error

When ever I boot up my just recently built computer before xp loads I get a CPU load code error. I hit F1 and it boots fine, and does not seem to have had any negative effect on my computer while running, word and excel sheets, internet surfing, downloads, and gaming. However I have not run it for more than two hours at a time. I am wondering if this is/could potentially be serious, and if so, what can I do about it.

My computer is

E6400
Asus P5B
1800 XL
200g Seagate HDD

Update P5B bios from ASUS website. This is a known error with Conroe CPUs
