Lucent P333T

I have a switch lucent P333T with image 3.11.0, but report errors on
prompt console.
The error is 0x509ae7e0 (NvmSpooler): Error on flash programming addr
0xefe40000

See if the manufacturer can help you (link below). They are disguised as
Avaya now ;-)
