Moving "Documents and Settings" folders?

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.file_system (More info?)

I'm running W2K SP4 with NTFS. Is there a way to move
the "Documents and Settings" folder to another hard drive?
I'd like to separate system data from user data.
