I have a strange problem. The DVD drive I used to install windows onto my new build wont read a single CD/DVD while in windows.

I had a problem at BIOS where I could not switch directory to CD drive, but autorun was working. I loaded up and installed windows fine, but I cannot manually access my CD drive, it seems.

In windows I get a 000x000006 error, everytime I try to run the contents of my CD drive. I can explore but not run anything.

Basiclly I dont have much of a clue what to do next. This is my first build and the CD drive is the only external drive I have.
