New PSU purchase

I want to upgrade my old Radeon 9000 to a AIW x800xt, plus the 512MB RAM to 1GB. My current PSU gives 250W, which is under what's reccomended for the system. I have a Pentium 4 2.53GHz, a 160GB, a few PCI devices and nothing more that's worth to mentiion. No PCI - Express on the motherboard, only AGP 4x. What PSU (and brand) would you reccomend?

Would a Thermaltake W0070 430W suit well? I'm a novice and I'd prefer to do it correctly.

that power supply is perfect.. i've made 3 computers with that one and none have had power problems..
